Solen AI Balance is used for Solen-managed AI at Solen’s current usage rates. Rates include underlying AI provider costs and Solen’s service margin. Monthly included balance expires at the end of each billing period and does not roll over. Solen AI Balance is not cash or provider credit.

Consumer subscriptions apply only where the provider officially supports third-party integration. Claude Pro/Max credentials, Gemini account/CLI piggybacking, and SuperGrok as Solen intelligence are not included.

Billing terms

Paddle is described as the Merchant of Record. Solen is billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period, including unused Solen AI Balance.
